-By Cassidy Woelfel
Hey, I’m Cass! Married to my best friend in the world, Tad. We just celebrated our 2 year anniversary on August 3rd and have one beautiful little girl, Sparrow Serenity. Together, we try to make our home a happy, healthy place by supporting our bodies with lots of movement, sunshine, essential oils, and good, whole food! Below is my coveted Rosemary Sourdough Bread recipe—enjoy!
+ 3 cups all purpose flour
+ 1 cup active sourdough starter
+ 1 1/4 cup warm water
+ 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
+ 1 tbs honey
+ as much rosemary as your heart desires 🍃
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mix ingredients together. Let sit for 15 mins. Kneed for 8 mins. Let rise 6-8 hours. Bake on 450 for 30 mins.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Top with some grass fed butter and you’ve got a party in your mouth.

**For max nutritional benefits, buy only organic! Grain in the United States is stripped of nearly all nutrients and coated with toxic chemicals. Organic is the only way I go! You can buy two bulk things of organic all purpose flour at Costco.
